TactiCall Dispatcher Training Software Uses Text to Speech

We’re excited about the new year and what 2012 will bring.  In particular, we will be releasing TactiCall – our new post-hire dispatcher training software for agencies – early this year.

CritiCall helps agencies hire emergency call-takers and dispatchers more effectively, saving time and money. TactiCall will help these same agencies train these newly hired dispatchers and call-takers.
